Volta Chiefs without VISION
We have monitored the posts of several Voltaians and sympathizers on social media and here is a summary of questions the young people are asking.
ARE VOLTAIAN CHIEFS VISIONARY?
DO THEY CARE ABOUT THE FUTURE?
DO THEY THINK ABOUT POSTERITY?
WHAT LEGACY ARE THE LEAVING FOR THE YOUNGSTERS
WHY ARE THE CHIEFS OF VOLTA NOT SAYING ANYTHING IN THE WAKE OF THIS SPLITTING PLOY?
HAVE THEIR CONSCIENCE BEEN BOUGHT?
DO THEY KNOW THAT VOLTAIANS ARE HUNGRY TO BE A NATION ON THEIR OWN AS WESTERN LAND?
DO THE LEADERS OF VOLTA AND THE WHOLE WESTERN LAND REALLY FOLLOW THE COMMENTS OF THE YOUTH?
VISION IS HAVING A CLEAR PICTURE OF THE END OF A THING, RIGHT FROM THE BEGINNING.
DO YOU THINK YOU HAVE VISIONARY LEADERS???

FIVE MAJOR LIFE INFLUENCING QUESTIONS
Ë. Yao Agbenyo
1. WHO ARE YOU ?
This question requires You to clearly define your personality, values, principles and what you are passionate about. A Christian, born again, knows what that really means. He knows what values he should uphold most, where to go and where not to go. There should be some things that everyone knows that as for you, you wouldn't accept or what you are best at doing. Such that at the slightest problem, everybody knows who to call. Really define and know who you are. Make that known. Declare it. Say it so much, else, the public will be forced to form their own opinions of who they think you are or should be. This will guide you to know how to live your life.
2. WHERE ARE YOU FROM ? Nkrumah once said "they who would judge us by the heights we have attained must do well to consider the depths from which we have come. If you constantly remember your background, your early life, the struggle, the pains and the sufferings you have suffered at the hands of people and the scarcity and the broken hearts. These experiences tell you WHERE YOU ARE COMING FROM. they tell us of our negative painful or joyful Past. These help us to relate with others better, understand the reasons behind people's actions.
To be continued
YOU MAY NOT KNOW!
(another little poem for you)
And they walked with the Christ and knew NOT!
Until his body was to be eaten by the moth.
For nothing showed He was the CHRIST!
And little showed He was worth the lot.
But when He died,
That's when they CRIED:
We were with the Christ, but knew not HE WAS HE.
YOU MAY NOT KNOW
I MAY BE YOUR CHRIST!

ABOUT THE YOUTH AND FUTURE INCORPORATED
Ë. YAO AGBENYO: *ABOUT US*
The Youth and Future Inc. is a Pan African NGO that specialises in leadership training, youth education, guidance and counseling, and CAPACITY BUILDING. We welcome you to the website.
*Our mission*
Raising transformational leaders through interscholastic activities.
*Vision*
To become a global leader in Youth empowerment and Capacity building.
*ACTIVITIES*
At the club level, we encourage the formation of THE YOUTH AND FUTURE CLUB in schools, societies and communities through which we offer the youth the opportunity to meet other transformational and future minded intellectuals of all ages to interact and strategize towards a more *SECURED FUTURE*. It is through these clubs that we promote our *YOUTH EMPOWERMENT CONFERENCES*: A series of guidance and counseling services we offer in collaboration with the guidance and counseling coordinators and the Chaplains of the various schools. These conferences are centred on visions, purpose and aspirations, not forgetting *THE GOD FACTOR*.
Every year, our hope is to garner enough funds to bring together young people from all over the world for a camp meeting for young people of all ages and orientation across the globe where we invite top and outstanding individuals whose lives are worthy of emulation to speak to our members, we also, here engage them in interactive and interscholastic activities like debates, quizzes, public speaking, presentations and seminars geared towards their moral, SPIRITUAL, intellectual and social developments.
There is a yearly magazine, *“THE YAF VOICE"* that offers the youngsters a podium to publish their works for others to read.
Aside that, there is constant interaction between the various clubs and others that share similar ideals with us, all aimed at preparing the youngsters for their leadership roles tomorrow.
One reason we are so unique is that, in *THE YOUTH AND FUTURE INCORPORATED*, *everybody is a LEADER*, there is therefore no discrimination against anyone, whether tribal, racial, or gender wise. We embrace everyone no matter how bad, and make efforts at improving their lives.
There is a sponsorship and scholarship package for outstanding members of the clubs who are faithful to the organization financially and actively.
We have a special initiative called the *BOOK DONATION CAMPAIGN*, through which we solicit funds to stock the many empty libraries in our schools WITH *QUALITY BOOKS*. We believe in FOCUS, INTEGRITY AND SERVICE.

A TALE OF TWO KINGS
A TALE OF TWO KINGS. Part one. 1samuel 17. David, a young poor humble shepherd, handpicked by God from the back side of the desert was made king over God's people. Not even when his father and the prophet tried to hide him did God forsake him. Same way, when its your turn to come out of obscurity and poverty, no one can hide you. (your amen is doubtful). Soon he began to conquer nations and subdue powers. It began to creep into his head. He did many more wonderful things: he killed Goliath, sang music to sooth king Saul, he wrote many songs and even prophesied about the birth of Christ. In fact, "he was a man after God's own heart". He was humble, forgiving and very romantic too, you know. All the above not withstanding, DAVID SINNED AGAINST GOD. He was an adulterer, and to top it up, he murdered and went ahead to marry the wife of the man he killed!!! You know the rest. There are instances where David even lied! How on earth could such a person still be a man after Gods own heart? Does God take delight in SIN? NO!!! But, man, DAVID HAD A DIFFERENT ATTITUDE. when the prophet Nathan pointed out his sin to him, he repented. He sought forgiveness. David, like every other man after God's heart always admits his errors, mistakes and offences and quickly apologises. David never seeks justifications for his actions, neither does he look for others to blame it on nor gets angry at the man who points out his flaws to him. He quickly seeks forgiveness and corrects them. At the work place, the Davids are always the favorites of their bosses and the envy of their colleagues. At church, they don't miss honour from their leaders. in marriage, their spouses don't stop testifying of them. If you were used to defending and arguing your points before reading this post, BE LIKE DAVID. By Yao. E. Agbenyo. Www.yaoagbenyo.blogspot.com www.facebook.com/yafinc Please share. Don't edit. Too much circulation makes the price go down. There is the need as a leader to temporarily withdraw. The more you are seen and heard from, the more common you appear. Learn to be scarce a bit!!!
