I am very pained however when parents feel ok spending so much money changing clothes and sewing new styles of dresses, and suits, spending lavishly at funerals, parties, and other social gatherings, yet when it comes to the education of their children and paying for their wards' educational materials, they make up all sorts of excuses and reasons for which they can't afford to pay.
