Ë. YAO AGBENYO: *ABOUT US* The Youth and Future Inc. is a Pan African NGO that specialises in leadership training, youth education, guidance and counseling, and CAPACITY BUILDING. We welcome you to the website. *Our mission* Raising transformational leaders through interscholastic activities. *Vision* To become a global leader in Youth empowerment and Capacity building. *ACTIVITIES* At the club level, we encourage the formation of THE YOUTH AND FUTURE CLUB in schools, societies and communities through which we offer the youth the opportunity to meet other transformational and future minded intellectuals of all ages to interact and strategize towards a more *SECURED FUTURE*. It is through these clubs that we promote our *YOUTH EMPOWERMENT CONFERENCES*: A series of guidance and counseling services we offer in collaboration with the guidance and counseling coordinators and the Chaplains of the various schools. These conferences are centred on visions, purpose and aspirations, not forgetting *THE GOD FACTOR*. Every year, our hope is to garner enough funds to bring together young people from all over the world for a camp meeting for young people of all ages and orientation across the globe where we invite top and outstanding individuals whose lives are worthy of emulation to speak to our members, we also, here engage them in interactive and interscholastic activities like debates, quizzes, public speaking, presentations and seminars geared towards their moral, SPIRITUAL, intellectual and social developments. There is a yearly magazine, *“THE YAF VOICE"* that offers the youngsters a podium to publish their works for others to read. Aside that, there is constant interaction between the various clubs and others that share similar ideals with us, all aimed at preparing the youngsters for their leadership roles tomorrow. One reason we are so unique is that, in *THE YOUTH AND FUTURE INCORPORATED*, *everybody is a LEADER*, there is therefore no discrimination against anyone, whether tribal, racial, or gender wise. We embrace everyone no matter how bad, and make efforts at improving their lives. There is a sponsorship and scholarship package for outstanding members of the clubs who are faithful to the organization financially and actively. We have a special initiative called the *BOOK DONATION CAMPAIGN*, through which we solicit funds to stock the many empty libraries in our schools WITH *QUALITY BOOKS*.
